The epicenter of the moon of the month of Safar 1444 AH, i.e. the birth of the moon, will take place on Saturday 27th August (28th Muharram) at 08:17 according to Universal Standard Time. At that time it will be 13:17 on Saturday afternoon in Pakistan.
