The epicenter of the moon of the month of Safar 1444 AH, i.e. the birth of the moon, will take place on Saturday 27th August (28th Muharram) at 08:17 according to Universal Standard Time. At that time it will be 13:17 on Saturday afternoon in Pakistan. On this day, in most of the world including Pakistan, although the moon will be on the horizon after sunset, its features will be null, very poor or insignificant.
