Dua in Arabic
أَعُوذُ بِکَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّاتِ الَّتِی لَا یُجَاوِزُھُنَّ بَرٌّ وَلَا فَجِرٌ مِّنْ شَرِّ مَاخَلَقَ وَ ذَرَأَ وَ بَرَأَ وَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا یَنْزِلُ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ وَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا یَعْرُجُ فِیھَا وَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا ذَرَأَ فِی الْأَرْضِ وَ مِن شَرِّ مَا یَخْرُجُ مِنْھَا وَ مِنْ شَرِّ فِتَنِ اللَّیْلِ وَ النَّھَارِ وَ مِنْ شَرِّ کُلِّ طَارِقٍ إِلَّا یَطْرُقُ بِخَیْرٍ یَا رَحْمَنُ
Transliteration
A'ūdhu bikalimātillāhi al-tāmmāti allatī lā yujāwizu-hunna barrun wa lā fajirun min sharri mā khalaqa wa dharā'a wa bara'a wa min sharri mā yanzilu mina al-samā'i wa min sharri mā ya‘ruju fīhā wa min sharri mā dharā'a fī al-ard wa min sharri mā yakhruju minhā wa min sharri fitani al-layli wa al-nahār wa min sharri kulli tāriqin illā yaṭruqu bikhayrin yā Raḥmān.
Urdu Translation
میں اللہ کے ان تمام کلمات کی پناہ میں آتا ہوں، کہ جن سے کوئی نیک اور کوئی بد آگے نہیں بڑھ سکتا، ہر اُس چیز کے شر سے کہ جو اُس نے پیدا کی اور پھر زمین میں پھیلا دی، ہر اُس چیز کے شر سے کہ جو آسمان سے اُترتی ہے اور اُس میں چڑھتی ہے ، ہر اُس برائی کے شر سے کہ جو زمین میں پیدا ہوتی ہے اور اس سے نکلتی ہے ، میں پناہ مانگتا ہوں رات اور دن کے فتنوں سے ، اور ہر رات کو آنے والے سے اِلا یہ کہ وہ خیر لے کر آئے۔ یا رحمٰن۔
English Translation
I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah, which neither the righteous nor the wicked can surpass, from the evil of what He has created, spread out, and brought forth. From the evil of what descends from the sky and what ascends into it. From the evil of what He has spread on earth and what emerges from it. I seek refuge from the trials of the night and the day, and from every visitor of the night, except one that brings good, O Most Merciful.
